Lets face it…it takes me forever to make decisions. Especially when it comes to decorating my house.
I have been looking for a new shower curtain, to replace the one we have had for over three years, for about six months now. I’m not even going to try to explain the rationale behind why it has taken me so long to buy something…it just has, and that is just how long it takes me to make decisions about anything.
Yesterday I decided I had put off purchasing a shower curtain long enough, so I bought two…with the intension of returning one of them, of course.
Now for pictures of the choices in my house…
…and the winner was…
Option #1
Our long term goal is to completely remodel our bathroom. However, since that is going to cost a lot of money, my short term plan is to switch out the shower curtain/rugs, and then paint the upper portion of bathroom walls.
I originally thought that option #2 might work if I painted the walls a slightly more bold, or darker color…but I think it was just too light. Plus, if I got with a more neutral wall color it will be easier to switch out my shower curtain in the future.
Now I just need Jared to sand/smooth out the walls (I removed a wallpaper border), to pick a paint color, and find some new rugs!

That was my pick too! Good job making a decision. :-)
I like the one you picked best!
