CPR
- An unfortunate, but inevitable event. I've been a ICU nurse for two years now, and this was the first time I have ever had to do chest compressions. I consider my self lucky to have made it this long...
- The next day I ached. My abs especially, but my arms and back a were little sore as well.
Pole Dancing
- Pole dancing was fun for a little while, but I've never been a dancer and I couldn't remember the choreography very well...I also wasn't in the best location to watch the instructor so I felt that I spent a lot of time staring at people trying to figure out what to do.
- It can definitely be a great workout. The two friends I went with were dripping sweat when we finished.
- I would do it again if there was a class specifically for beginners, or I have the opportunity to take a few classes with the same choreography...and I probably wouldn't wear heals again because I think they were the reason why I ended up with a nice bruise on my foot.
