Family Pictures

Today is my Grandmother's birthday.

Although, the truth is I never knew her because she passed away from lung cancer on my Aunts wedding day, when my mom was only 16.

My mom would talk about her sometimes, but not very often...but when she did she would usual mention how beautiful she was.

...and then over the past year, my Uncle posted some pictures of my Grandparents that I had never seen before....

Don't you love the way my Grandpa is looking at my Grandma??? He was so in-love with her...

I absolutely love looking at pictures of my Grandparents and seeing how different family members look like them...and trying to figure out whom I look like.

So what do you think?

I never really thought I looked like her until Jared said something when he first saw her picture. What I do know though, is that when I am older I am bound to inherit her chin/neck...

It's an inevitable genetic trait...the women on my mother's side of the family get saggy as they get older, and we tend to loose our chins. Oh well.
